Room Upgrade Pros was founded on principles that remain our foundation today: exceptional craftsmanship, transparent communication, and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. Michael Richardson, our founder, spent fifteen years working for large construction firms before recognizing that homeowners deserved better—more personal attention, higher quality standards, and renovation experiences that were pleasant rather than stressful.

He assembled a core team of master craftsmen who shared his vision and values, and together they completed their first project: a complete apartment renovation that exceeded the client’s expectations so thoroughly that referrals began immediately. Those early projects taught us invaluable lessons about communication, problem-solving, and the importance of treating every home with respect and care. As our reputation grew, so did our team and capabilities.

We invested in training, developed standardized quality control processes, and built relationships with premium suppliers. By 2018, we had completed over 200 projects and expanded our service offerings. Today, with more than 800 successful renovations completed, we’ve remained true to our founding principles while growing into a full-service renovation company.
